Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, a suicide hotspot.

There are no official statistics on how many people have jumped from the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge since it was built. The Chinese government likes to cover up embarrassing things, so relevant statistics are not really possible. Besides, when many people jump, nobody even calls the police. Even for the 4 people I personally saw, no officers were dispatched. I wanted to call, but in the middle of the night the police emergency number would not connect either. A Wuhan speciality.

Judging by the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, a conservative estimate would be 2000-3000 people.
